Pombal do Vesuvio is a concentrated red wine with a dark colour. It show's plenty of mineral notes while preserving all black fruits openned. The black-cherry and blackberry flavors are combined with some firm dry tannins, hidden under layers of delicious ripe fruit.

Pombal do Vesuvio was produced in Quinta de Vesuvio by the blend of Touriga Franca, Touriga Nacional, Tinta Amarela. The grapes were transported to the Quinta do Sol winery where, after rigorous double selection (by bunch and by berry), they were lifted in a hopper and dropped into the fermentation tanks using a ingenious gravity system. A portable crusher at the mouth of the tank gently crushed the berries, just enough to release the juice, contributing to a soft, silky texture in the wine.

Tasting Notes:
Pombal do Vesuvio is rich and full bodied. It has dark tannins along with generous red-berry fruits and juicy acidity.
Store and Serve Advice:
Store in a cool place (15ºC). Serve at 16ºC-18ºC.
Quinta Mendes Pereira Reserva Touriga Nacional is a mineral, fruity dry red wine from the region of Dão dominated by fresh hints alongside a powerful fruity aroma bouquet. It presents polish tannins, with notes of dry tobacco and moist soil ending with spicy hints and a delicate acidity.
Quinta da Fonte Souto Vinha do Souto is an aromatic and complex red wine. It presents a very rich structure with ripe black fruits, wild fragrances, and slightly smoky notes extremely well integrated in opulent and virtuous tannins that combine perfectly with very soft acidity.
Alento is a fresh and elegant red wine from the Alentejo region. Highlights include the aromas of young, ripe red fruits, mineral notes, and polished and soft tannins along with a sublime acidity.
Reguengos Garrafeira dos Sócios is a red wine from the Alentejo region, with a crystalline appearance, purple violet color, intense and complex aromas of macerated red fruits, evolving into spices and full-bodied black fruit compote with soft tannins and elegant acidity.
Frei João Reserva is a full-bodied, dense and fruity red wine from the Bairrada region. It presents intense notes of ripe black fruits, fragrances of Mediterranean pine forest, spices and balsamic aromas. It is an elegant red wine, with juicy and ripe tannins and extraordinarily soft acidity.
Quinta do Grifo Grande Reserva is an elegant, opulent, austere and mineral red wine from the Douro region. It presents impressive notes of aromatic freshness, highlighting the aromas of very ripe black fruits, well balanced with spices and elegant smoked notes. It ends in a very balanced acidity.
