Periquita red wine has a beautiful ruby colour with a soft aroma of wood, vanilla, strawberries, blackberries and pine. His palate is well balanced, fruity with a very interesting freshness and very pleasant and soft tannins.

Winemaking:
Periquita is known to have been the first red wine in Portugal to be bottled in a glass bottle. The winemaking for Periquita red wine was started by the hand-picked grapes followed by the destemming, soft crushing and a cold soaking before fermentation for a period of 48 hours. Fermentation has occurred in stainless steel vats with controlled temperature (20ºC to 22ºC) for 5 days with daily manual pump over. Malolactic fermentation has been in stainless steel vats, as well, followed by maturation in French oak barrels for 4 months.

Tasting Notes:
Periquita red wine has a ruby lovely colour. It has an exciting fruity aroma and elegant notes of berries and currants. It's well polished with nice structure and good volume with well-integrated wood notes.
Store and Serve Advice:
Store in a cool place (15ºC). Serve at 16ºC-18ºC.
Intense red color. A very fine and complex aroma, with black and red fruits, exotic woods, earth, soft floral notes. Fine tannins very fruity, fresh acidity, full end, polished, full of class.
Terrenus is a rich and intensely aromatic red wine produced from red grapes from old vines planted in the wine region of Alentejo. It is robust, full of aromas of wild red fruits and of complexity. It is a wine with juicy and sweet tannins, with freshness and soft acidity.
Quinta do Crasto Touriga Nacional is a red wine from the Douro region rich, intensely aromatic. It is a wine packed with ripe dark fruits, notes of vanilla, hints of esteva, and spices. Of tight and vigorous tannins it presents a dense velvety texture, a wonderful minerality and a bouquet, full of fruit.
100 Hectares Grande Reserva is a round and full red wine. With robust volume and aromas full of black fruit, plums, figs and blackberries, it intertwines with delicious balsamic nuances, and notes of dry tobacco, vanilla and dark chocolate. It is a fresh red wine, with vigorous tannins and very elegant acidity.
Proibido à Capela is a genuine Douro red wine and it was produced from the smallest possible mechanical and electrical interference. Hence its naturalness is expressed in pure and genuine aromas of ripe wild fruits, with blackberries and raspberries flavours, along with soft but firm tannins, and elegant acidity.
Burmester Quinta de Arnozelo Grande Reserva is a great red wine from the Douro wine region, which exhibits great intensity and concentration and a broad-spectrum aromatic bouquet. It is a red wine full of aromas of ripe black fruits, mineral notes, nuances of red wild fruits, balsamic notes and very elegant acidity along with austere and opulent tannins.
