Winemaking:
A wine produced at Quinta da Pedra Cancela. In this Pedra Cancela Touriga Nacional, Red Wine, the grapes were carefully selected and harvested manually. The grapes were stalked and crushed to extract the musts. The fermentation occurred at controlled temperatures with very prolonged maceration, in contact with the skins. Aging for 12 months was carried out in French oak barrels followed by 6 months in bottle.

Store and Serve Advices:
Storage Lying down at a temperature of 15°C. Serve at a temperature of 16°C to 18ºC.
Colinas Reserva is a red wine that presents a ruby color, showing notes of ripe black fruit, balsamic notes, and vanilla. Presents fruity and juicy tannins with mineral notes and balanced acidity.
Ruby-red colour, complex aroma to ripe fruits (blackberries, currants), and some notes of coconut and chocolate. In the mouth it is soft, round, with soft tannins and a prolonged aftertaste.
Cabeca de Toiro Reserva is a structured red wine, loaded with aromatic intensity, ripe red fruits, notes of wood and elegant tannins. It has density, freshness and balanced acidity.
Coroa d'Ouro is a tasty and fruity red wine with red fruit, balanced acidity and delicate tannins. It is an excellent Douro Valley wine to drink for any occasion and an excellent value for money.
Adega de Borba Garrafeira is a red wine that expresses itself in an exuberant, intense character, loaded with fruit and aromatic complexity. It presents a dense and closed bouquet of aromas of macerated red fruits, notes of dark chocolate, balsamic nuances, very round tannins, and very elegant acidity.
Quinta do Vallado Superior is an organic red wine from the Douro Valley intensely structured along with an attractive acidity, a lot of freshness that comes from a bright minerality and fruity, robust, tight tannins.
