Pardusco Private is a red wine of great quality produced by Anselmo Mendes. Presenting a very clean and open ruby color, it presents an open aromatic bouquet and includes perfumes of violets, aromas of intense black wild fruits and balsamic notes.
Winemaking:
Pardusco Private is a green red wine produced by Anselmo Mendes in the Vinho Verde region with grapes of Alvarelhão, Pedral, and Alvarinho. The grapes were picked manually in small boxes and transported to the winery in a short time. The pressing took place very smoothly, with the whole grapes destemmed. Fermentation took place in stainless steel vats at controlled temperatures. The wine aged in used French oak barrels for 24 months. In the end, the wine has rested in the bottle for another 12 months.

Alvarelhão, Pedral, Alvarinho.
Tasting Notes:
Pardusco Private is an extraordinary red-green wine by Anselmo Mendes that presents intense aromas of ripe red fruits, complemented by floral fragrances, violets, and jasmine flowers, wrapped in fine aromas of smoke, toast, and cedar. It is a mineral red wine, velvety, with dry character and marked acidity.
Store and Serve Advice:
Store at a temperature of 18ºC. Serve at a temperature between 10°C and 12°C.
