Hand picking, destemming, crushing and maceration of the grape skins, alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel vats at controlled temperatures, throughout the winter. Natural clarification by sedimentation of the particles. About 25% of the total of the batch carries out an approximately 8-month stage in French oak barrels. Bottled after 12 months.
