The wine features a robust character, such as a timeless, immaterial and sovereign heritage of this Village. Ontem it is a red wine produced by the Portuguese oenologist Rita Marques of Conceito Wines, rediscovering the centuries-old vineyards of a Portuguese village in the South of the Douro region bordering the Dão region, treated them by its last 200, elderlies, inhabitants. After an 8 days fermentation process, at controlled temperatures, the wine was subjected to a short period maceration of 6 days. The wine stayed for 18 months in French oak barrels, and further 9 months in the bottle.
Grape Varieties:
Rufete, Baga, João de Santarém, Touriga Franca, Bastardo e Tinta Roriz from Centenary-old vines of Aveloso Village in a non-demarcated Douro Region.

Ontem Conceito is an ancient, robust and powerful red wine loaded by tight and juicy tannins, packed with ripe dark fruit aromas, balsamic notes, spices and an unbelievable minerality.
Store and Serve Advice:
Store in a cool place (15ºC). Serve at 16ºC-18ºC.
Júlio B. Bastos Alicante Bouschet is a red wine of enormous aromatic concentration and density from the Alentejo wine region. It presents a closed purple colour, with intense aromas of wild fruits, ripe black fruits, cherries and figs, spices and balsamic nuances. It is a red wine with juicy and fleshy tannins and freshly polished acidity.
Quinta da Lagoalva Reserva is a complex, rich red wine that highlights an extraordinary aromatic balance. It highlights aromatic notes of ripe black fruits, such as ripe cherries, plums and blackberries, along with vegetal and spicy notes, along with balsamic aromas. It is a wine with very round tannins, a fruity core and delicate acidity.
Burgundy cherry color. The nose is fresh and intense, with notes of wild black fruits and black cherries. The aromas are complex due to subtle notes of vanilla. In the mouth, the wine is concentrated with elegant tannins and a soft texture. The end of the mouth is mineral with a lot of freshness.
Herdade do Peso Grande Trinca Bolotas is a robust, round and very aromatic red wine from the Alentejo region. It presents aromas loaded with ripe black fruit, dense and full tannins, complexity and enormous aromaticity.
Monsaraz is a red wine from the wine-growing region of Alentejo, produced only from the red grape variety of Alicante Bouschet. Of dark and closed colour, it presents intensity and aromatic richness, very balanced balsamic notes and an extraordinary acidity.
Messias Quinta do Cachao Reserva is a red wine from the Douro Valley that broads fragrances of ripe red fruits. This bold red wine reveals an extraordinary minerality, freshness and several notes of spices and dark chocolate. It's explosive in the fruit alongside a remarkable acidity.
