Winemaking:
For the production of this red wine from the Dão region (55%) and from the Douro region (45%), Niepoort Doda Vinho Tinto, the grapes from ancient vineyards were manually harvested followed by total destemming. The grapes were trodden in ancient mills. Part of the blend was fermented in stone mills with skin maceration and another part in stainless steel vats for 10 days. The wine remained for 21 months in French oak barrels, where malolactic fermentation occurred before bottling.

Tasting Notes:
Ruby color with purple nuances. A very complex aroma with floral notes and red fruits, very mineral. In the mouth it is enveloping with a lively acidity, present but soft tannins, very fine fruit and an impressive structure, long and persistent finish.
Store and Serve Advices:
Storage Lying down at a temperature of 15°C. Serve at a temperature of 16°C to 18ºC.

Pacheca Superior is a red wine from the Douro region with a remarkable balance and complex aromas of blackberries and plums and chocolate notes. In the mouth, it is very balanced, with very well combined tannins and acidity and a long and persistent finish.
CH By Chocapalha is a red wine from the Douro region with a good concentration on the nose and refined aromas of ripe red fruit and small floral touches. In the mouth, it has a good structure, with ripe tannins and well-integrated wood notes. The ending is rich and long.
Intense ruby color. Aromas to black fruits and vegetal notes, expressing in the mouth all its austere profile. Medium body, velvety texture with a long and elegant finish.
Casa de Ermelinda Freitas Reserva Touriga Nacional is an intense and powerful wine from the Peninsula region of Setubal. It features complex aromas and lots of ripe fruit, notes of good wood, spices, and basil. It is a wine of intense and fruity tannins, of mineral character and a great acidity.
