Winemaking:
This red wine from the Region of Dão was harvested by hand and was trodden in granite wineries. The fermentation occurred for 27 days at controlled temperatures with prolonged maceration, in contact only with grape stalks and without skins, in granite stone vats. Aged for 27 months in an old French oak barrel before bottling.

Touriga Nacional, Tinta Roriz, Alfrocheiro.

Store and Serve Advices:
Storage Lying down at a temperature of 15°C. Serve at a temperature of 16°C to 18ºC.

Beyra Pinot Noir is an elegant and open bouquet red wine produced in the Beira Interior wine region. It features elegant and succulent tannins, subtle aromas of ripe red fruits like raspberries, currants, and cherries, plus intense mineral notes of moist soil, rock and it ends in a delicious acidity.
Proibido à Capela is a genuine Douro red wine and it was produced from the smallest possible mechanical and electrical interference. Hence its naturalness is expressed in pure and genuine aromas of ripe wild fruits, with blackberries and raspberries flavours, along with soft but firm tannins, and elegant acidity.
Crystalline wine, garnet color, aroma of wild red fruits, soft and full bodied, with soft tannins and a good end to taste.
