This red wine from the wine region of Portugal in Dão, Meia Encosta Vinho Tinto, was produced after the manual harvest followed by destemming and soft crushing. The fermentation was carried out in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures for 6 days, during which it was subjected to several reassemblies. The different grape varieties that gave rise to this wine were vinified separately. 50% of the final batch aged 4 months in French oak barrels with the remaining wine aged in stainless steel vats prior to bottling.

Store and Serve Advices:
Storage Lying down at a temperature of 15°C. Serve at a temperature of 16°C to 18ºC.

Quinta da Escusa Harvest is a structured and very elegant red wine from the Tejo's region. Of round and sober tannins, it presents aromas of ripe red fruits, subtle nuances of mint and basil along notes of excellent wood, aromas of vanilla and some spices ending in a very balanced acidity.
Lua Cheia em Vinhas Velhas Album Reserva is a red wine dominated by complex fruity aromas and round tannins. It's a concentrated wine, well-structured, with a very pleasant freshness and subtle touches of good wood.
