Kaputt Palhete is a red wine produced from a mixture of white grapes and red grapes, from the Douro region. It shows a perfect harmony of freshness, fruit aromas, and elegancy, presenting an open bouquet of flavours that are in evidence, since whitebark fruits to red wild fruits, alongside poised acidity, mineral nuances, and a dry profile.
Winemaking:
Kaputt Palhete is a red wine produced whith field white and red grapes from the Douro Wine Region. The grapes has been crushed together and has been fermented in stainless steel tanks, at controled temperatures. The wine has stayed for 5 moths in contact with fine lees where it has been subjected to a regular stirring, prior to being stabilized, filtrated, decantated and bottled.

Tasting Notes:
Kaputt Palhete is a red wine with characteristics and unusual aromas to a red wine. It features a light, fresh and very aromatic bouquet along with a dry and mineral structure. It is a wine that emanates aromas of whitebark fruits such as apple, pear, and peaches, mixed with aromas of raspberry and red berries, ending in balanced acidity and that should be consumed at a temperature of 12ºC. A very good red wine to accompany pasta dishes.
Store and Serve Advice:
Store at a temperature of 18 ° C. Serve at a temperature between 10ºC and 12ºC.
