Herdade das Servas is a red wine from a selected harvest from the region of Alentejo with lots of powerful red fruits, packed with juicy fruity tannins, and a solid body. The wine is ripe and juicy, with a touch of vanilla and a very pleasant minerality.
Winemaking:
Herdade das Servas is a red wine from a selected harvest produced with Touriga Nacional, Alicante Bouschet, Aragonêz, and Trincadeira grapes from the region of Alentejo. After the fermentation process in stainless steel tanks, the wine stayed for 12 months in 2 year's used French wood barrels prior to bottling. The wine stayed 2 further months in the bottle, before its release.

Tasting Notes:
Herdade das Servas is a fruity and juicy red wine, opulent from the Alentejo region with lots of fruity and rounded tannins. It's a dense and juicy black fruit's wine with a very polished finish.
Store and Serve Advice:
Store at a temperature of 18 ° C. Serve at a temperature between 15ºC and 16ºC.
