Herdade da Aldeia de Cima Alyantiju is a superior red wine, of great quality and aromaticity, rich and full of freshness. It is a very dark red wine, with intense aromas of ripe red fruits and berries, precise and elegant tannins and remarkable acidity.
Winemaking:
Herdade da Aldeia de Cima Alyantiju is a red wine produced with red grapes of Alicante Bouschet planted in the region of Alentejo. The wine was subjected to a long maceration process, with the skins and the stalks, for 14 days, where it has been continuously and carefully remounted and where the wine has fermented, at controlled temperatures. The wine was aged in new's French oak barrels for 9 months, prior to being bottled.

Herdade da Aldeia de Cima Alyantiju is a red wine that presents an intense purple color, with an enigmatic and delicious aromatic profile, expressing aromas of wild red fruits and berries. It is a red wine that highlights delicious balsamic notes, a lot of freshness and the presence of ripe red fruits, and notes of some minerality. It is a red wine with a full-body, very loaded and juicy tannins, and very mild acidity.
Store and Serve Advice:
Store at a temperature of 18°C. Serve at a temperature between 15ºC and 18ºC.
