Fiuza 3 Castas expresses itself as an elegant and aromatic red wine from the wine region of Alentejo. It has an appealing violet ruby color, along with aromas of cherries and ripe black plums, spice perfumes and cocoa notes. Round and succulent tannins finish with a long and persistent finish.
Winemaking:
Fiuza 3 Castas has been produced with red grapes of Touriga Nacional, Syrah, and Cabernet Sauvignon, planted in the Alentejo wine region. After the fermentation process, at controlled temperatures, the wine has been transferred to French oak barrels of the second passage, where it has stayed for 6 months, prior to being bottled.

Fiuza 3 Castas is a very elegant and juicy red wine, which features ripe black fruit aromas and some red wild fruit nuances. It presents balsamic notes, light freshness, and round and precise tannins. It is a red wine from the Alentejo wine region with a rich structure, good aromatic concentration, good minerality, and polished acidity.
Store and Serve Advice:
Store in a cool place (15ºC). Serve at 16ºC-18ºC.
