Conceito is a red wine from the Douro Valley, very delicate with notes of good wood, red and black fruits very well integrated. It also has some earthy and truffle notes. It is a fresh wine that reveals a great texture and a good volume. It has a dense body and reveals a long and balanced finish.
Winemaking:
Conceito is characterized by being a complex and a very fresh red wine. For this, it uses old and high altitude vineyards, in order to favor freshness and acidity. This wine is produced from grapes from old vines of Quinta do Cabido, with a mixture of traditional Douro varieties. It is aged for 20 months in French oak barrels of which 50% new.

Conceito is a red wine with intense fresh fruits as cherries and blackberry notes and it has a refreshing acidity, which gives it a great gastronomic amplitude. It is a very fresh wine with a lively acidity and huge tannins.
Store and Serve Advice:
Store in a cool place (15ºC). Serve at 16ºC-18ºC.
