Winemaking:
After the harvest the fermentation was carried out individually for each variety in stainless steel tanks, at controlled temperatures of 27ºC. At the end of the fermentation was followed a prolonged maceration and stage in French oak barrels for 12 months. At the end of the stage the final lot is chosen and then bottled. Cartuxa Tinto 2013 also staged another 12 months in the bottle before being launched.

Quinta do Corujão M.O.B. Vinha Senna is a markedly mineral and robust red wine from the Dão region. Of austere and imposing tannins, it is a wine that exudes the best aromas of perfectly mature black fruits, along with notes of spices and cacao. It also presents notes of extraordinary wood and great acidity.
Muxagat Cisne is a very elegant and structured red wine from the Douro wine region. It presents a light, crystalline red colour, aromas of wild red fruits, balsamic aromas, and well-attached tannins. Ends with intensity, long, very mineral, and with smooth and balanced acidity.
Almotriga Colheita is a very elegant, delicate and medium-bodied red wine from the Douro region. It features notes of ripe red fruits, woody nuances, a subtle vanilla perfume and minerals notes such as rock and moist soil along with a balanced acidity.
Ruby colour. Slight aroma of red fruit, soft flavor and young. Typical of the main grape varieties of the Alentejo Region.
Cabeca de Toiro Reserva is a structured red wine, loaded with aromatic intensity, ripe red fruits, notes of wood and elegant tannins. It has density, freshness and balanced acidity.
Purple grenade color. Complex aromas of ripe black fruit, black cherries and blueberries. In the mouth it is elegant, with the predominance of the notes of the fruit and the vanilla coming from the aging in wood. The wine has a very perfect balance between acidity and fruit, has a good structure of tannins, is long and persistent.
