Carmim Primitivo is a red wine produced from Alicante Bouschet, Trincadeira, Aragonez and Castelão, red grapes from the Alentejo region. After the fermentation process at controlled temperatures, the wine remained in French oak barrels for 12 months. The wine has matured for further 6 to 8 months into the bottle prior to being released.

Tasting Notes:
Carmim Primitivo is an intense and complex red wine from the Alentejo region. It has dominant aromas of ripe black fruit and jam integrated with hints of spice. In the mouth, it is concentrated and structured, with firm tannins and excellent persistence.
Store and Serve Advice:
Storage Lying down at a temperature of 15°C. Serve at a temperature of 16°C to 18ºC.
