Cabeca de Toiro Reserva is a red wine produced from red grapes of, Touriga Nacional and Castelão from the Region of Tejo. The wine has been submitted to a long maceration at cold prior to being fermented at controlled temperatures. After the fermentation process, the wine has been transferred to 2 and 3 years old used's French oak barrels where it has stayed for 9 months prior to being bottled.

Tasting Notes:
Cabeca de Toiro Reserva is an elegant red wine, exuberant in aromas of ripe red fruits, intense and complex. It has excellent balsamic notes, nuances of vanilla and balanced acidity.
Store and Serve Advice:
Store in a cool place (15ºC). Serve at 16ºC-18ºC.
Beyra Superior is a red wine that presents a profile of austere and imposing tannins invoking a complex profile of a red wine produced from grapes from vines grown at high altitude. An open and aromatic bouquet, the intense ripe black fruit stands out, along with balsamic notes and extraordinary mineral notes.
Fat Baron Shiraz is an elegant, fresh red wine, very clean in its aromas. Defined by aromas of wild berries and red fruit, it presents nuances of spices and balsamic notes, a little vanilla along with a delicate acidity.
Quinta do Pessegueiro is a wonderful and complex red wine from the Douro Region, marked by mineral notes such as moist soil and rock under wonderful aromas of ripe red fruits alongside a remarkable acidity.
Taboadella Jaen Reserva is an elegant, juicy, mineral and extremely well balanced red wine. It presents a bouquet of aromas of ripe black fruits, plums, blueberries and blackberries are part of the aromas that stand out in a mineral, balsamic and with subtle hints of spices. It has soft tannins and delicate acidity.
São Domingos Reserva is an elegant, intense and aromatic wine from the Bairrada region. It's marked by floral aromas and ripe red fruits, it features subtle nuances of wood and vanilla along with a well-defined and fantastic acidity.
Maria Mansa is a Douro wine rich in fruit and elegant in structure. From intense aromas to ripe black fruits such as plums, blueberries and cherries, it presents mineral notes, smooth scents of smoke and vanilla alongside solid, juicy tannins and a great acidity.
