Brejinho da Costa Cabernet Sauvignon is a red wine produced from Cabernet Sauvignon grapes, planted in the wine region of Peninsula de Setúbal. After a gentle crushing and total destemming, the grapes has macerated for 14 days. After the macerated process the wine has fermented in stainless steel vats at controlled temperatures. After this process, the wine was transferred to French oak barrels, where it has stayed for 12 months, before being bottled.

Brejinho da Costa Cabernet Sauvignon is a fresh, complex red wine with an extraordinary aromatic elegance. It is structured, with aromas of red wild fruits, with balsamic notes combined with silky and juicy tannins. It ends with fantastic depth and acidity.
Store and Serve Advice:
Store at a temperature of 15°C. Serve at a temperature between 16ºC and 18ºC.
