Bacalhôa Merlot is a red wine produced from Merlot grapes, from the wine region of Peninsula de Setúbal. After a gentle crushing and total destemming, the grapes fermented in stainless steel vats at controlled temperature. After this process, the wine remains in French oak barrels for 18 months before being bottled.

Bacalhôa Merlot is a red wine from the region of the Península de Setúbal, which is complex and rich. It presents ripe aromas of red fruit, such as plum and cherry, chocolate notes and well-integrated wood notes. In the mouth, it is refined, with elegant tannins. and a long and persistent finish.
Store and Serve Advice:
Store at a temperature of 15°C. Serve at a temperature between 16ºC and 18ºC.

Outrora Baga Classico is a red wine of enormous aromatic complexity, with enormous minerality, immense fruit volume, and very balanced acidity. It has a solid tannic structure, with balsamic aromas, spicy notes and a core full of aromas of ripe black fruit.
Limpid aspect and well-defined ruby colour. Aroma of red fruits with slight herbaceous hints typical from the Trincadeira grape. Fruity aroma with pleasant notes of strawberry, typical from the Aragonez grape, combined with a slight astringency offered by the Castelão grape.
Dark-ruby coloured, it exhibits ripe black fruit aromas, hinting at jam, blended with some spices. The palate is intense, complex and velvety, with firm, supple tannins ensuring good longevity.
