A 100% Touriga Nacional wine. Manual harvesting whith great care. Fermentation in stainless steel vats with temperature control (between 26 and 28ºC) and prolonged maceration, whith grape's skin contact. Ageing 12 months in American oak barrels befor bottling.

Store and Serve Advices:
Store in a cool place (15ºC). Serve at a temperature between 16ºC-18ºC. Ready to drink although it will benefit 2 years old bottle-ageing.
Cherry ruby color. Aromas of very ripe red fruits, black cherries and blackberries, complete with nuances of vanilla and well roasted wood. Stylish tannins. In the mouth it is soft, extremely full and persistent.
