Light pink color. Floral fragrances of fresh flowers with several mineral notes. Aromas smooth red fruits such as raspberries and wild strawberries. It has a good structure in the mouth and has a very expressive acidity.
Winemaking:
Quinta da Falorca Rosé, was produced from a careful selection of grapes in the harvest. The grapes are destemmed and crushed to extract the musts. The fermentation occurred for 29 days at controlled temperatures in stainless steel vats with slight initial maceration. It staged 12 months in stainless steel vats plus 6 months in bottle before being marketed.

Store and Serve Advice:
Storage Lying down at a temperature of 15°C. Serve at a temperature of 8°C to 10ºC.
