Hidromel liquor or “honey wine”, is produced from the fermentation by yeasts in a diluted solution consisting of heather flower's honey and water until the transformation of the honey sugars into alcohol. After fermentation, the Hidromel liquor was transferred to French oak barrels where it aged for an average period of three years, until it was bottled.

Hidromel liquor, historically referred to historically as the famous drink of the Vikings and known by the Greeks as the drink of the Gods, is a liqueur that presents caramelized and floral aromas, highlighting aromas of citrus and heather, violet and jasmine flowers. It highlights balsamic notes, vanilla and caramel surrounded by floral perfumes and flavours of fermented honey.
Store and Serve Advice:
Serve chilled with or without ice.
Cherry Liquor is a Portuguese liqueur of great quality, warm and cosy, with intense aromatic notes of vanilla, cinnamon on delicate notes of red fruits and cherries, which are authentically highlighted in a sweetness supported by delicate and smooth alcoholic nuances.
Anise Liqueur Aniz Escarchado is a Portuguese Liqueur from the house, Ferreira Duque sweet with a natural anise branch inside the bottle that gives it a delicious anise fragrance.
Amarguinha has a straw yellow colour. Almond blossom fragrance, with complex and intense notes of almonds. Soft, sweet flavour with a slightly bitter liqueur taste.
Brandymel is a Portuguese liqueur produced in the Algarve with honey, medronho brandy and a bouquet of several mountain herbs. It has a beautiful golden honey colour with an intense aroma of honey, as linden blossom, chamomile and sweet herbs. In the palate it has a silky texture and firmness with a touch of heat.
Beirão d'Honra is conceived with the same spices and aromatic plants that make up the original recipe. This new liquor is enriched with aged brandy. Amber in colour and wrapping flavour, notes of wine brandy blended with the distinctive aromas of Liquor Beirão are elements that distinguish the drink.
Jeropiga ABC is a grape juice liqueur very elegant, filled with sweet berries aromas and caramelized ripe fruit flavours, wild flower's fragrances, and a sweet and soft structure.
