Cockburns Fine Tawny is an aromatic, elegant's Port wine, where its young fruit aromas standing out for its extraordinary evolution of ageing in barrel. It presents notes of dry fruits, soft caramel, nuts, and hazelnuts, along with balsamic nuances and citric acidity.
Winemaking:
Cockburns Fine Tawny is produced by the traditional Port wine method. This wine is the result of the mix of the best Port wine's batches, that have aged in oak casks, with an average age of 6 years old. It was produced from old vines of autochthonous red grapes such as Touriga Franca, Touriga Nacional, Tinta Barroca, Tinto Cão, and Tinta Roriz of the Douro valley. It patiently matured, for an average of 6 years, in French oak casks.

Cockburns Fine Tawny is a fresh and elegant young Port wine, which presents vibrant evolution aromas but already with its own identity. It displays notes of caramelized fruit, vanilla pudding, raisins, and softly burnt caramel along with well-integrated citrus acidity.
Store and Serve Advice:
Serving temperature at 15ºC-16ºC.
