Winemaking:
The wine is fermented at a controlled temperature. When the wort reaches the value of sweetness desired, the fermentation is stopped by the addition of brandy, and subsequently aged for 3 or 4 years in oak barrels until bottling.

Touriga Nacional, Touriga Franca, Tinta Roriz, Tinto Cão, Tinta Barroca
Tasting Notes:
Aromas of stewed red fruit, with hints of vanilla. Orange colour. The palate shows sweet and alcoholic flavour.
