Colheita Port 1975 Real Companhia Velha is a complex aged tawny port wine. It's full with fruit interwoven of wood flavours, with tea and spice notes in its core. At the end there some honey notes giving it a very special sweetness.
Winemaking:
Colheita Port 1975 Real Companhia Velha was produced by the traditional Porto wine method. This is a wine of an exceptional quality, rare, from a single harvest. It maturated in wood, for over 40 years, although, Colheitas Port wine never are less than 7 years of ageing on wood casks.
Grape Varieties:
Touriga Nacional, Touriga Franca, Tinta Barroca.
Tasting Notes:
Colheita Port 1975 Real Companhia Velha is tawny in colour, rich with exotic aromas of wood and dried fruits. It's complex with plenty of dried flavours very well balanced with the freshness from the tea and spice's aromas from its core.
Store and Serve Advice:
Serving temperature at 15ºC-16ºC.
