Aguardente Palacio da Brejoeira has gentle and sweet character. It's so smooth as velvety, showing vanilla, hazelnut, and stone fruit flavours. It has a dry touch and a spicy finish, with notes of nutmeg, cinnamon, and black pepper.
Winemaking:
Aguardente Palacio da Brejoeira is produced from the Alvarinho grape variety. The wines are vinified and distilled exclusively for its production and it ages for more than 10 yeras in oak wood barrels.
